Instead of keeping your work aside and researching on these curiosities keep them noted on a list. And while you are doing your work decide that once you have completed it you can take some time off to find the answers to your curiosities. Practice meditation daily. It helps to build focus and keep your mind off of unnecessary things.

Memorizing is also brain activity. By doing this you strengthen your brain and mental capacity.

We often tend to read long texts in a hurry and miss out its parts. We don’t even put any effort in trying to fully understand the text and its meaning and just simply move over it. This is a negative practice. Next time you have an encounter with a long text or written material take some time to read it slowly. Try to give it your full attention and understand its true meaning completely.

7. Let Curiosity Consume You -

Curiosity gives rise to exploring more and more options. Curiosity will lead you to focus hard on the issue and know all the answers to it.

8. Listen More, Talk Less -

If you pay attention to what the person is saying you’ll understand his ideas and thoughts. Whatever that you’re thinking about pause it as soon as you enter the discussion room.
